Incipit
Dear all, I've to rewrite some old music and I'm so trying to have an incipit like the one of the image 
Is it possible?
Is it also possible to write the whole piece using the old notes format?

I think, Ambitus aside, inserting a horizontal frame to which you can add an image is one possible way.
