Lost Play Panel and Sound

Hi,
Me again,
I just transposed a piece, went to play it with the docked play buttons and no sound. Went into "Display" and ticked "play panel" and nothing appears. Nothing appears with F11 either. Shut down and restarted computer and Musescore and still no play panel or sound??(but the docked play panel in the menus at the top of the screen is still there and do change when pressed).
Any suggestions??
