Hand annotations

Dear developers,
first of all, thank you for your work.
I'm writing this because recently I've incorporated the graphic tablet in my workflow instead of the mouse. Therefore, having the capability to handwrite got me wondering: would it be difficult to incorporate in Musescore a funcionality to take graphic-only annotations with the pen (or with the mouse)? Not intended for note input and conversion like in staffpad (I know that would be tremendously difficult to program), but just for taking fast notes on the score, like we can do on PDF files.
I thought that could be also useful for those who use musescore via tablet to read music and play along.
