No, I mean the system break, not the system barline, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/breaks-and-spacers

I have the same problem but without a system break. In Finale all I had to do was choose the bar I wanted to move back a page or a system and use the arrows. Is there Something similar in Musescore?

Yes: select the 1st measure of the prev staff/system, Shift+select the measure you want to move back to that system, then reduce stretch with using the { shortcut or the menu Format > Stretch > Reduce stretch

Somehow this isn't the solution - I can only decrease the stretch slightly. I hope Musescore will make a fix for this

MuseScore sure won't fix this, as it isn't broken. Uswe wider püaper, narrower page borders or a smaller scaling setting
