Uncommon Tuplet (I think) and Con Sord.
Sorry for not posting scores in a while. I had to do some important stuff while I was on hiatus. Anyways, I was trying to transcribe Ivan Wyschnegradsky's 24 Preludes for Quarter-Tone Piano. But I had some problems with having 5:2 ratio.
Also, how do you do con sord. for paino?

Some web searching suggests that con sordino or con sordini is effectively the same as una corda (left pedal).

Looks like a microtonal accidental of some kind? Check the accidentals palette (and click the More button to see any not currently visible). If not there, you can also try the accidentals sections of the Symbols palette (press "Z" to display). there are a very large number of these

I know nothing about microtonal notation, but it looks to me like a Wyschnegradsky 1/4 tone flat. If you search in the Master palette for "Wyschnegradsky" you will find all the available symbols. But I don't think they affect playback.

If they don't effect the playback, I'll just tune the pitch down or up to make it sound the same notes

MuseScore has the Wyschnegradsky accidentals in the Accidentals palette, even this one.
None of the microtonal accidentals do play back though, but you can change the notes' tuning
