Playback not playing any sound

I just downloaded a score and tried using the playback feature but it made no sound. The web version plays just fine but the software doesn't. No, my sound isn't off. And I tried to install it again. I'm using the latest MuseScore version.
I've attached the score file below.

Right click an empty spot in a staff and choose Staff/Part Properties.
Then in the Part Properties area, click on 'Change Instrument' and choose Piano (yes, the same instrument), then OK.

Stems from http://musescore.com/user/21640316/scores/5661551 and uses a different soundfonr, a Zerberus one:

        <Channel>
          <controller ctrl="0" value="0"/>
          <controller ctrl="32" value="0"/>
          <program value="0"/>
          <controller ctrl="7" value="118"/>
          <synti>Zerberus</synti>
          </Channel>

If you don't have the same (the score is not naming it in the score, bizt on musescore.com: "Piano in 162") it won't sound. Unless you do the above mentioned change

Or open the mixer and select a piano sound ("grand piano" or another) again.

Here the playback works again with MuseScore's default soundfont in this way (open the score, open the mixer, select for example as sound "grand piano").
