Missing apply button when I am in "Format" "Style"
After I have changed the Style in the Format, I don't know how to save my change as the Apply button was missing all of sudden.

There's is an Ok button for sure. Depending in screen size the dialog might be to big for it to be seen. But "Return" selects it, and "Esc" selects Cancel
