What kind of footswich must I bye for recod notes in musescore in real time??

Foot swtiches don't particularly help record in real time. Maybe you are referring to the "manual" method, where you press the pedal to indicate the beat rather than use the metronome? Any standard sustain pedal should work. But do note, the facility only works within the limitations described in the Handbook and tutorial video. Don't expect it to magically allow you to play anything you want and have it magically turned into readable notation/. but for simple rhythms played carefully one note at a time, it does work well.
