Make sure that the OS audio system registers the headphone as primary output via direct connection, bluetooth, or the audio interface in which the headphone is connected to.
Reopen Musescore, and confirm the audio output is assigned to the coresponding headphone device.

To get to the audio output assignment setting in Musescore3:
Edit --> Preference --> I/O --> "Device"
My wireless WH-CH510 don't seem to work with Musecore at all. When they connect via bluetooth, they fail to appear as a device in the Preferences.
