install a plug-in

Help! I can't seem to install the "EXPORT TO BLACKBINDER" plug-in on my Mac. I've downloaded the .qml file from Musescore.org and have put it in the plug-ins folder but it doesn't appear in the plug-in manager pane. I'm really at my wit's end!

IIRC it does nothing but export to MusicXML

But open it in the plugin creator and run it from there, that at least should give an error message as to why it won't run
