Align the instrument names on the left side? (+ second question)

Hello everybody,

I'm still quite new to MuseScore, so I would like to ask you if it would be possible to recreate these to formating ideas that you can see in the attached image:

a.) Align the instrument names on the left side
b.) add the original clefs as they did in the example (left from the very first bar)

Thanks in advance for your help!
(Even if you tell me that it isn't possible to do this, it would still be helpful... :-) )
