They were dragged off-page from P14; either use continuous view or Alt+arrow to navigate to them and Ctrl+R to reset their positions (as attached).
Furthermore there's a bunch of other things done less optimal, most importantly using chord symbols as other text. There is a special "sticking" text feature you can use instead. And for the "both" texts a normal staff text should be preferred instead (I was rather surprised when it played back upon selection).

The same thing happened, and I can't fix it. The numbers won't highlight.

Did you try the technique described above? If that doesn't work, we would need you to attach the score with the problem and tell us which text you mean.
