Score parts

I am adapting Schubert's Unfinished Symphony, a version found on Musescore. I was able to get all the parts by using File drop down menu and choosing "Parts". I have to simplify the woodwinds and brass sections and am making an exploded version of those sections. The group I am arranging this piece for does not have a skilled flute player and only one trombone player, but we have an amazing trumpet player and some pretty good clarinet and saxophone players. We also have 2 bass guitars, 2 classical guitars and a harp. So I have to do some fiddling. The new parts like Flute 1 and Flute 2, etc. are not coming up in the parts sections. I don't want the parts up anymore anyway. I have uploaded a couple of screenshots showing the discrepancy between the score and the parts. What should I do? Thanks.

Please provide more detail about this (and less detail about the skill of the group ;-)

Please attach the score itself rather than a picture and explain what you want to do, or what you want to see notated in the score.

I figured it out.
I was able to change the names of the parts by clicking on the particular part (Flute) in the Select Part then write the new name (Flute 1) in the Edit Part - Part title. And I was able to add parts by clicking on the Single Part icon which took me to the Edit Part section. Then I could choose an instrument from the Instruments in Score (Flute 2), press + then type out the name in the Part title (Flute 2).

The second issue is not a big deal: having all the parts are in the banner above the score window is kind of cumbersome but I will live with it for now.
