Measure Properties
When in Measure Properties and use the arrow keys to scroll left or right the highlighted measure does not scroll making it difficult to view and/or modify measure properties for each measure in a score.

and look at that image of the 'Measure Properties' dialog.
You can use the buttons, at the bottom left of the dialog, to navigate to the previous or next measure.
