Export Drum Notes with Sticking and Pedaling Metadata

Hi there, huge fan of Musescore here - looking for a way to label each stack of notes in a score and then export the notes and labels together. I attached an image to illustrate how I imagine this would work.

I've had success exporting the MIDI of the notes, but as I tried to show in the illustration, I'm looking for a feature or plug-in that displays labels under the staff that I can click to assign each stack with the appropriate hand/foot combination. Then, I'd like to export the labels and notes together so I can program an Arduino board. Since there are 16 combinations of right hand/right foot/left hand/left foot, it would be nice to have each set of labels exported as a 4-bit number in the metadata.

What are some options to do something like this?
