Lead Sheet Won't transpose
Never had this problem. I downloaded this lead sheet, but I can't get it to transpose the chord symbols. The notes and the key signature move change, but not the Chord symbols...they stay the same.
I don't know how to "unlock" the chord symbols....

The chord symbols in your score do transpose. However, there are some "fake chords" which were entered as staff text, not as proper chord symbols, and so they don't transpose.
Here's your score with those staff text "fake chords" deleted:

You must add the missing ones as authentic chord symbols.
