Can't Change Time Signatures
Every time I select a time signature from my palate, regardless of what measure or part it is, the program crashes.

Does this happen on every single score you open in MuseScore?
If it does, try a factory reset.
If only one particular score, delete that score and the problem disappears!
-BUT-
If you attach that score, explaining each step you perform to produce the crash, someone here will have a much better chance to figure out what's wrong. (e.g., tuplets crossing barlines)
