Many edits not saved
I've been working for the last day or so making edits to a score I exported from Logic. I accidentally closed the score's window. When I re-open it, I see none of my edits. Any suggestions?

If you don't save it, the changes are lost. Autosave is only usefull in cases of a crash

I saved many times. In any case, I did a Time Machine restore and a good deal of what I've done is saved, though the text looks oddly different, in size at least. Thanks, though.

If you saved the file, then that file contains your changes. What is probably happening here is that you aren't opening the same file you saved. Are you perhaps relying on the "recent files" list (what shows in the Start Center) to find your score? If you've saved your score to multiple locations as you apparently have, then who knows which version this will show you. When in doubt, always use File / Open and navigate to the exact folder where you saved your score to - and of course, that assumes you carefully track which folders you save your files to in the first place. Check the modified dates in your file browser if in doubt about which copy of your score is the most recent. Use whatever facilities your OS provides to show you all scores modified within the last 24 hours or whatever to make sure you are finding all versions fo the file, including ones you might have saved to locations you can't remember, or "autosave" copies you worked on after a crash but not saved explicitly to a new location.
Did you open the file you saved, or did you re-import the MIDI you started from?

I opened the file. I had re-imported, it would have meant losing all the changes I'd made since the first import.

You opened a file. Any chance you're working off of a crash recovery file?
If this is still happening to you, can you share the score and tell us which modification to make to then save/reopen and see it disappear?

Don't know anything about a crash recovery file. I'm okay for now, thanks!
