Score supposedly uploaded but not searchable

I used the Save Online feature from MuseScore 3.6.2 and everything appeared to work correctly and I even got a confirmation email. However when I tried to look for it, it didn't appear to be on the repository.

I've attached a graphic describing the problem.

Any ideas? Thanks

It's not even under "My Scores" and when I try to upload some, I'm denied access. See graphic.

Thanks, but I navigated to this page, but don't see anywhere to post a new topic.

You indeed don't find that answer cut & dry directly there. The link explains the differences between .org and .com. It is then up to you to click through on the How and where to ask for support link mentioned as the last line on this item.

Now that page does list the relevant .com discussion groups, in your case most likely the Improving MuseScore.com one..

Thanks. I solved the problem by logging in to .com and uploading it from there
