Changing instruments without transposition and converting non-concert pitch conductor score to concert pitch
I have a conductor score with the wrong instruments assigned to each part, however the clefs, keys and notes are correct as is on the page (if you gave the sheet music as is to the correct instrument, it would be correct). How do I change instruments without changing any of this (no transposition in any way)? Similarly, I have the entire piece written in concert pitch (again, looks 100% right and could be given to a conductor as is), but without musescore's actual 'concert pitch' button enabled. How can I enable concert pitch without anything changing (the notes staying exactly where they are on the stave)?
(also if anyone happens to have copies of Vesuvius by Frank Ticheli, Zembaloo by Ilari Hylkilä, or O Waly Waly already in a digital score format (preferably concert band, but I'll take anything) that would be much appreciated)

You can't. Because changing the notation on the stave to either match concert or transposed pitch is exactly what this is all about. And those two things aren't the same for transposing instruments.
You can correct such a score on an instrument-by-instrument base:
1. Right-click on an instrument staff and go to Staff/Part properties
2. Take note of the current transposition for it
3. Click "Change Instrument" and change it to the correct instrument
4. Take note of the new (different) transposition for it
5. Select the notes of that instrument (click first, Ctrl+Shift+End or Shift+click last)
6. Tools > Transpose
7. Set the transpose to counter the difference introduced by the instrument change
Rinse and repeat
