Removing extra key sig and treble clef in leadsheet
Hi, I'm new to Musescore and working on creating transpositions of existing lead sheets. I just finished working on this one but I can't figure out how to remove the key signatures and treble clefs from the beginning of lines 2-7, like I see on a lot of lead sheets. Anyone know how to do this?

Hi, that's a nice lead sheet (and a great tune, too). You can do the "real book" style of leaving off clefs and time signatures pretty easily. Just go to the menu and choose Format->Style->Page. Down at the bottom of that window there are two checkboxes for "Create clef for all systems" and "Create key signature for all systems". Uncheck those and you'll be good to go.
You can also go to Format->Style->Barlines and check the "Barline at start of single staff" option to "close the bar" if you like.
Marc Sabatella's "Musescore Cafe" series did an episode all about formatting lead sheets which you might find interesting (I know I did), because he talks about exactly this kind of thing and lots more too. You can find the episode on youtube at:

This is exactly what I was looking for, thank you. I'll check out the "Musescore Cafe" episode, too.
