Template Doesn't Work
See attached. I have created templates, but they don't show up when I go to start a new score using the template. Any help will be helpful.

It looks like you created these in a folder you created yourself - the default location of the Templates normally would be under Documents/MuseScore3, not Music/MuseScore3. That's fine, but you'll need to tell MuseScore where to find your new folder templates, by going to Edit / Preferences / General.

Thanks a bundle! I'm a music librarian for a symphony orchestra, and you have no idea how much time this software saves us. What used to take days/even weeks, now takes only an hour or two.

So glad to hear it! I enjoyed meeting a number of orchestra librarians when giving a presentation at the MOLA conference a few years ago (and an online one more recently), and I learned a lot about the different sorts of things you do - a fascinating field!
