That is "slash notation" - more specifically, "rhythmic slash notation". That's basically a special representation of a whole note that means, don't play this specific pitch, but play the chord symbol marked above using a whole note.
To add it your score, add a regular whole then select it and Tools / Toggle Rhythmic Slash Notation. For more info on slash notation, see the Handbook section on Tools

BTW:
In your image, that last chord symbol shows Gm7, yet the notated chord (with the B natural) is actually a G7.
