Plugin for removing repeats, DS al coda, coda

I have a software that doesn't recognize repeats, DS al Coda and Coda, so I'd like to convert a song to one continuous stream, essentially keeping the song the same i.e. having the repeated section essentially copied to after the end of the section that was played the first time. Is there a plugin for such a thing?

Thanks for your reply. I'm talking about repeats of measures, not repeats of notes. It's repeats caused by the attached file.
