MuseScore 4 will support playback of the various slides and bends.
MuseScore 3.6 does too, it does support portamento style glissandos

Right, and also the guitar-style bends from the Articulations palette. But not not other slides and bends from Arpeggios and Glissandi - those only play in MuseScore 4.
