Line by line scrolling in continuous view (vertical)

Hello, folks. I'm wondering if it's possible to add the option of making the score scroll line by line in the vertical continuous view, as opposed to only moving when it reaches the bottom?

In soundslice.com this option is called "keep playhead at top of screen". (see the attachments for what it looks like compared with musescore 4 beta)

And while we're at it, could we also get that option of highlighting current notes/lyrics as they're being played? :)

This would all help me immensely if it were possible.
