Change Clarinet from A to B tuned
Hello! Maybe you can help with changing the tuning of Clarinet? The program automatically sets tune A (and 4 sharps accordingly), but I need tune B (and one flat near the clef). This is not a single part, I work with a Symphony score. So I cannot just change the key, like we do it with the single part.

You don't need to change the key signature. Allways add the correct concert pitch (sounding pitch} key signature. Musescore automatically uses the correct transposed key signature if you view the score at written pitch - without the "concert pitch" button selected.
Start by choosing Bb Clarinet when you create the score. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/create-new-score#instruments-and-vo… . If you later need to change to A Clarinet add an instrument change text from the [Add]>[Text] menu and select Clarinet in A from the orchestral list. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/mid-staff-instrument-changes
Note: Do not add the Instrument change text from the text pallet. That one is broken and does not work with transposing instruments.
The score in your picture is written in D major or B minor.
You have chosen a B-flat clarinet and this instrument will have E major or C-sharp minor in this score.
Simply: you've chosen the wrong clarinet type ...
If you want to have an A clarinet, just right-click on a clarinet staff - staff/voice properties - change instrument. Enter "A clarinet" in the search window and you will have this notation variant in your score, in F major or D minor. Write the notes.
If you have already written the notes of the A clarinet on the staff of the B clarinet, you must move them down two semitones. Select them and press the down arrow key twice.
Or: Add a new instrument (i), select A clarinet and then write the notes for the A clarinet. That should have been the correct way at the score setup.

Or is the pdf showing a concert pitch view after the user has added a local 4 sharp key signature to the Bb Clarinet part in an inappropriate attempt to make it show the appropriate transposed key signature?
It would help to see the score (.macz file).
Thank you all so much for your comments! I've managed it and now it is ok. This is my volunteer work, I'm helping to restore our national archives. I'm not a professional musician, and I didn't know that there are different types of clarinets. And there is no A Clarinet in the list, you can find it only by searching. You are really cool, guys! Thanks one more time.

You can expand the list by selecting "All Instruments" instead of "Common" in the instrument dialog.
Then you can find many more instruments.
This is a filter that makes it easier to select instruments. An A clarinet is not commonly used, but it is there like countless other rarely used instruments.

FWIW, A professional player will carry a Bb, A, and even an Eb clarinet. Just like a trumpet player will have with them a Bb, C, D, and a piccolo trumpet.
I salute the OP for taking on this project. Especially with out any experience.

And some will carry a C clarinet. I do, but I am just an enthusiastic amateur. There is quite a large romantic repertoire that includes parts for clarinet in C. The other option is to play it on the Bb and transpose up a second of course. And that is just the orchestral repertoire. I play in a clarinet quartet and we have used various combinations of Contra bass in Bb, Contra alto in Eb, Bass in Bb, Alto in Eb, Basset horn in F, and clarinets in Bb, Eb and Ab.
