What is the best way to write this?

Total noob here, but I wanted to know what the best way of writing this is to make it easiest for the musician. Triplet?? Tuplet?? Its the anticipated notes I'm lost on.
I've attached a midi file, audio and the DAW score (easier to sound exact)
