Or, even with a simple program like Paint, you could do this yourself. Might be fun.
MuseScore only support SMuFL defined noteheads as actual functional noteheads.
But nothing prevents you from marking those invisible and attaching a custom SVG to them instead (which you can then indeed add to a palette for reuse).
