quartertone setup
I have difficulty in setting up the quartertone on my musescore 3.
every time I tune the quarter tones by the given value, the value does not stay as fixed?
please advice.

What do you mean "does not stay as fixed"? If you attach your score and give precise steps to reproduce the problem, we can understand and assist better. But it should be as simple selecting a note then changing the tuning in the Inspector.
