Changing velocities of dynamics in MuseScore 4

In MuseScore 3, there was an option to alter the velocity of dynamics in the score, which I use frequently to achieve something in between the default velocities. Is there a way to achieve this in MuseScore 4 without altering the velocities of the notes themselves (which doesn’t seem to work anyways)? Thanks
