What Sound Library? Where is that?
Obvious if you have spent 10 bucks, it has been showing up somewhere at least....
If you are referring to MuseHub, try to use the Search feature or the Library option.

Other issues/problems within the MuseHub need to be reported on MuseHub.

Sorry, let me rephrase my issue, I was very frustrated typing the first one. So, this afternoon, I purchased the VDL sounds. But on my musesounds manager, it doesn't show up, nor does it show up in my files, or the mixer. I have reinstalled both apps, ran diagnostics, and checked for updates, and on top of that, I downloaded the 4.5 beta to see if anything would change. Nothing did, as it is still no where to be found.

Okay, get it it sometimes can be frustrating indeed.
You are referring to musesounds manager. Does that mean you are using Linux?

Yes, is that why? If so, should i just request a refund or hold onto it until they let paid sounds to linux?

IMHO, you can wait for a long time (like forever) before they support paid sounds on Linux.
it has been clearly stated by management that they would not support commercial libraries on Linux. (Not even the paid Muse libraries). Penniless beggars.
