MuseScore 4: Numpad keys not changing note duration
Reproduction Steps:
1) Create a new score.
2) Click a measure.
3) Press 'N' to enter note insert mode.
4) Press any number on the numpad.
Expected Behavior:
The duration of the next note to be entered changes to the new duration.
Observed Behavior:
The duration of the next note to be entered remains on the old duration.
Workaround:
Use the number row to change note durations. Numpad should also be supported because some users may prefer to type note names with the left hand and change note durations with the right.
Note:
Bug #291601: [regression] Qt upgrade to 5.12.4 breaks number pad shortcuts seems similar to this issue but manifests differently, and its workaround does not fix this issue.
Observed in versions:
OS: Windows 10 Version 2009, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.0.0-223472200, revision: 5485621 (Release)
OS: Windows 10 Version 2009, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.0.0-223510501, revision: 5485621 (Nightly)

I solved this problem. With the old version musescore installed, print your shortcuts in .xml form in the preferences>shortcuts section. Then upload this file into New Musescore 4 from the same "import" tab. The problem will be solved. It worked too.
