Where is Distortion for Electric Guitar (MS4)?
I can't seem to find the Distortion soundfount for the Electric Guitar instrument (typically found in the Mixer for Musescore 3) in the all-new and improved Musescore 4. Any advice?

I can't figure it out either but found a work around. Download the guitar examples musescore file from here (https://musescore.org/en/node/301587). Copy the text of the sound you want and paste the text into your score. It doesn't say it anywhere but it is copying over metadata to play distorted/muted. You can edit the text and it won't change how it plays.

Actually, I found it. Add the Guitar palette and it has options for text (distort, overdriven, harmonics, jazz tone.)

Thanks! After the guitar is overdrive, do u know how to remove it for a certain note going forward? That is, the original overdrive notes should still stay.

In the 'text' palette there is an option for 'normal' that changes back to the default clean tone. For some reason this is missing from the 'guitar' palette. I will report this as a bug if it hasn't been done already.
