Sonatina Symphonic Orchestra has no playback (MuseScore 3)

I downloaded the Sonatina Symphonic Orchestra soundfont today, and I have selected sounds from the soundfont to match the instruments in the score, but when any note from this soundfont is played, there is no playback. I checked on the synthesizer and there is definitely no sound from any instruments on that soundfont. I used another soundfont in the same score and the sounds from it all played just fine. Does anyone know how I can get the sounds to work for the Sonatina Symphonic Orchestra soundfont?
