Hello, I recently downloaded the Musescore 4 app onto my laptop. Unfortunately, everything appears in spanish, and I don't know how to fix it. Can you please help me?

It's pretty close:
Editar >Preferencias >Idiomas >Predeterminado del sistema
haz clic "Aceptar" then exit MS and restart
