I think it is few because it was mentioned here: https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/15187
But this Tantacrul closed the issue and doesn't want to be disturbed :/
He doesn't care if we have vision problems! I'm really wondering if there is any point in reporting MS4 issues if there is such a treatment...
Menu font is small indeed. I think a good default size is the same as the font next line below (Home Score Publish). It's size should change too when we adjust the font sizes.
However the menu font size is a windows setting and it is the same in all windows windows. I suppose the same goes for macos.

I'd say the issue (at least here on KDE Plasma) is not only the menus but most parts of the UI which don't seem to pick the font setting nor the font system settings?
