Add native quarter-tone playback support

Hi all,

This is the first entry in this forum so I hope I'll do things right. First and foremost my deepest congrats for the latest version of MuseScore, it truly is a pleasure for eyes and mind, after almost a decade as a Sibelius user!

There is a number of plugins that allow score re-tuning to different equal octave divisions (EDOs) but I find them to be extremely unstable (MuseScore 4 crashes continuously) and generally not so efficient. So I was simply wondering whether the idea of adding quarter-tone (and, why not other EDO tunings) playback support is on the map or not. If not, I think that many among us would greatly benefit from such a feature.
