Plugin not seen in the Plugin Manager
I have been using Musescore 3 but since I got a new computer, I installed the new Musescore 4. I downloaded a plugin (harp pedals) and can see it in the Plugin folder I made but it doesn't show up in the Plugin manager. I'm at a loss as to what to try.
Edit: I realized I needed to put the plugin in the Plugin folder under Musescore in Program Files.

Actually it should.
I'm having the same issue, however I'm on Mac not PC. The plugin is in Documents/MuseScore4/Plugins, but doesn't appear in the plugin manager.

Try renaming the file from .qml to .mu4

I am having the same problem on in Win11 PC running Musescore Studio 4.4.4 ... it's in \Documents\MuseScore4\Plugins, but it is showing up in the plugin manager either (and changing the extension to mu4 didn't help)
