no more play panel?
in musescore 3 in view there was an option for a play panel where you could adjust the speed without having to change the actual score. where did this go it was very useful?

Thanks Shoichi. I didn't realise you could undock it by grabbing the handle on the end and dragging. That's great.

can't see how I can choose one voice out of 4 (it is what I did in musescore F11)

Even in MS3 that has nothing to do with the Play panel.
In MS4 you are probably seeing only two Voices (1, 2) on the toolbar? In that case you can click the gear icon (cogwheel) to show the "Customize toolbar" popup. Then scroll down to find Voices at the foot of the list, and you can "open" the eye symbol to make Voices 3 and 4 visible on the toolbar:
