Bar properties should appear in the properties panel

Sorry if I'm ignorant of etiquette here, I'm not much of a forum person, but I've watched the video from Tantacrul regarding Musescore 4's design and loved the direction towards redesigning the interface for all users in contrast with the esoteric design of other notation apps. I look forward to future updates.

I know this issue is a minor one; just putting it out there. I appreciate renaming the inspector "properties", but I feel having a separate "bar properties" dialog goes against the design direction. It seems apt to just put it in the properties panel. This is just based on my general use of Ms4; I don't know if this would clutter the panel for others.
