Hook height cannot be edited to negative values

For elements under the lines palette with hooks, the hook height cannot be edited to a negative value. This also holds true for the pedal line, which is problematic as this means the pedal hook heights can only be shortened and cannot be lengthened. This also causes an issue where selecting and deselecting the default hook height value causes it to change from -1.2 to 0.1, removing the hooks entirely.
