Musescore 4 Crashed and didn't let me restore my piece

I just spent 6 hours out of my day creating an arrangement for my high school's jazz band and lost all of my work all because I tried to do a time change and the program crashed (because that's an issue for some reason). I'm really angry, more or less disappointed, that I have to completely start over on a project that should be auto-saving anyways because I have that turned on as well.

I'd just like to know if there's a fix to this
