Using shortcut on numeric keyboard

I'm having trouble using the numeric keypad to select note lengths.
It works sporadically, sometimes e.g. "6" works to set a half note, but "5" doesn't work.
The problem is there both when I try to enter new nodes and when I try to change existing ones.
I've tried updating the shortcuts but it doesn't make any difference.
I can select note values ​​when I use the numbers above the letters on the keyboard.
I have tested that the problem is not my keyboard.
