Right click the stave/part and select stave/part properties. Then, in the bottom left corner, set up the corresponding transposition interval.

Sadly not, then the notes go one octave lower!?
a) Change the transposition to 1 octave up in stave properties - See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/staff-part-properties#common-staff-…
or
b) Add an 8va line from the lines pallet over the notes you want to hear an octave higher and optionally make it invisible - See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/octave-lines
