MS4 Playback Problem with Repeats and Tempo Adjustment
I have a simple AABB piece (an Irish traditional jig) that I wanted to try at different tempos, so I used the tempo slider on the playback palette to adjust the speed. However, if I select > 100%, when the playback reaches a repeat, the cursor goes back to the beginning of the part correctly and moves along, but the music stops. After a delay, the cursor jumps back to the beginning from wherever it at had gotten and the music sound begins for the repeated section.
If I select < 100% the cursor jumps back to the beginning before reaching the repeat and for a little while you hear the beginning being played simultaneously with the ending of the repeated phrase.
After experimenting with various tempos, seems that the sound engine executes the repeat at the time that it would have happened at the default tempo, even if the notes before the repeat had already finished a while ago (at an accelerated tempo) or had not yet finished (at a retarded tempo). The cursor is trying to do the right thing, but also trying to keep correct with the sound, which leads to strange behavior.
This seems like it might be a simple bug to fix.

I'm experiencing the same problems.
Came looking for this, I've got the same problem. For now I'm just using Musescore 3 if I need to play something back at <100% tempo.
