Bongo Keyboard input

The high bongo is assigned to c4 and the low bongo is assigned to c#4. There is a similar problem with congas, where high conga is assigned to d#4 and low conga is assigned to e4. This is counterintuitive. Is there a way to change these assignments? I've attached screen shots to showcase the issue.
