Adding Tie crashed MuseScore 4; Attempts to re-open file crash MuseScore 4 (possible file corruption)

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Enter rhythm. (Note: The second measure was a fix to a buggy engraving of the score. The intended whole note was bugged to a half note/half rest after looking at a part and then returning to the score. I deleted the incorrect rhythm, and then copy-pasted the correct rhythm from a prior passage).

  2. Select notes from previous measure to tie over.

  3. Press "T" shortcut for ties.

Attempts to open the file crash MuseScore 4. I have restarted my computer, but the result is the same.
