Project
1.) Choose any score asset, whether it be text, note, or measure.
2.) Using the keyboard shortcut "v", toggle the visibility from "visible" to "invisible".
3.) Once toggled to "invisible", the asset can no longer be selected by mouse, nor have its visibility restored.
4.) Rarely, the asset can be selected again, but this is seemingly at random and cannot be reproduced reliably.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program and the issue persists. I have also reproduced this bug across multiple platforms.

Upon saving the file, the asset's visibility can be toggled exactly once.
I didn't have any trouble selecting any of the first several elements I tried making invisible. Please be more specific about which element you are having trouble with.
I have also posted on this issue (#342177 ). With further testing, I discovered that I could re-select a hidden element if I first dragged the page a bit. But, after re-selecting and then clicking on something else, I cannot go back and re-select the hidden element without, again, dragging the page prior to selection. ( Mac Mini M1: Ventura 13.2.1 )
