Sorry it was a mistake, I meaned G minor... I corrected it.
Well, you can: enter a the D, then apply the # from the accidentals palette

Ok I found the problem. It doesn't work when you're in the note input mode.
Well it does even then, you just need to specify the # (shortcut +) before entering the D. In 3.x it was after
